1. Return Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided that the items are in their original, unused condition, and in the original packaging. Some exclusions may apply, such as custom-made or clearance items.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Provide your order number and details about the items you wish to return.
• Once you receive your RMA, securely package the items and send them back to us using a trackable shipping method.
• The return shipping cost will be your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refund Process
After we receive your returned items and confirm their condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly offer you a replacement or a full refund, along with covering the return shipping cost for the damaged or defective item.

5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Customized or personalized products
• Final sale or clearance items

6. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item. We do not process direct exchanges.
